In the event a item appears to be faulty please contact support on email through imperiumboards@gmail.com and included order # and detail information of the problem with photos and videos were possible, messaging through website chat is also an alternative mean for contact  

 

All warranty claims will be assessed by our support and warranty team and will be repaired, replaced or credited. Imperium Boards will always try to have as quick a turn around as possible.

Warranty is Non-transferable
